First, the signings over the last 2 weeks.

ECHL Contracts:

Julien Brouillette, D, Columbia Inferno (QMJHL, Chicoutimi Sagueneens)
Nicolas Bachand, RW, Johnstown Chiefs (QMJHL, St. John's Fog Devils)
Jeremy Schenderling, C, Augusta Lynx (WHL, Swift Current Broncos)

AHL Contract:

David Meckler, C, Manchester Monarchs (one-year deal) (OHL, London Knights)

NHL entry-level contracts:

Zach Hamill, C, Boston Bruins (1st round, # 8 overall, 2007) (WHL, Everett Silvertips)
Mike Weber, D, Buffalo Sabres (2nd round, # 57 overall, 2006) (OHL, Barrie Colts)

O'Brien to Join T-Birds

Jim O'Brien, Ottawa's first round 2007 selection (29th overall) in this summer's entry draft, has signed an entry level contract with the Sens and will be joining the WHL Seattle Thunderbirds this season. O'Brien is expected to get much more playing time in the WHL than he got at the U of Minnesota last season.
